Following the internship opening announced on our LinkedIn Page about a month ago (See here), We successfully hosted the Interns First Professional Training, a structured, hands-on programme designed to equip young professionals with practical skills, professional values, and real-world experience. The training reflects VishTech’s deep commitment to capacity building, excellence, and future-ready talent development.
At its core, the Interns First initiative is built on a simple but powerful belief: when interns are intentionally trained, mentored, and empowered, they become valuable contributors not just learners. This programme was designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice while nurturing confidence, competence, and character in emerging professionals.
Purpose of the Programme
The Interns First Professional Training was created to provide interns with:
